Hello, Walking Tours in Berlin invites to show you more than 20 historical places in Berlin in four hours, walking at a gentle pace, taking photos, filming, stopping in each place to learn about the city by means of stories and anecdotes which we love to tell.
In order to get to know Berlin, not just visually, but also to learn about its history, you don’t have to pay expensive prices. Our professional guides await you, to give you pleasant and unforgettable moments whilst taking you to some of the most beautiful and historic places in Berlin.
The meeting point is in the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) in Washingtonplatz, in front of the façade with the exit leading towards the River Spree and Reichstag (see photo).
The meeting time is every day, from Monday to Sunday, whatever the weather, sun, rain, cold, heat, storm, etc, etc… at 10:30 am (see timetable). We beging the tour relatively early so that you can enjoy the time and afterwards on your own you can visit some Museum, the Jewish Quarter, St Nicholas Quarter and other places of interest near the end of the walk.
During this four hour walk, we will visit buildings testifying to the glory of Prussia making Berlin a city that takes you back in time, as well as highly modern buildings making Berlin one of the most spectacular and charming cities in the world.
What makes Berlin even more interesting is its history, very worthy of being told, historically centre of the world, where momentous events took place such defining moments in the First and Second World Wars, and the Cold War, with the decline of the Soviet Union and the fall of the Iron Curtain.
It is also possible to make private reservations for large groups, primary and secondary school groups, universities, as well as other private and public organizations.
